Welcome to Orbiter Dev. By installing the Orbiter Dev mobile application, VS Code Extension, Antigravity integration, or using our Cloud Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Description of Service

Orbiter Dev is a “Human-in-the-Loop” approval companion for AI coding assistants. It allows users to review, approve, or reject code changes proposed by AI agents via a mobile interface.

2. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

You are responsible for your code.

Orbiter Dev provides a mechanism to review AI-generated code, but it does not generate code itself nor guarantee the correctness, security, or safety of any code you approve.

• No Warranty: We do not warrant that code approved via Orbiter Dev is free of bugs or vulnerabilities.
• User Liability: You assume full liability for any deployment, execution, or use of the code you approve using our service.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Orbiter Dev mobile app or backend.
• Abuse the API to send spam or unsolicited messages.
• Attempt to bypass the “Identity Tuple” cryptographically signed routing protocol.

4. Zero Data Mode

For Enterprise and security-conscious users, “Zero Data Mode” is provided as a privacy feature.

• No Redundancy: When enabled, Orbiter Dev does NOT back up your approval data. If you lose your device, your local history is lost. We explicitly disclaim liability for data loss incurred while using this mode.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

• Billing: Pro and Team subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Cancellations: You may cancel at any time. Features remain active until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for initial Pro subscriptions.

6. Intellectual Property

• Your Data: You retain all rights to the code snippets and metadata you process through Orbiter Dev.
• Our IP: Orbiter Dev, the logo, and the underlying routing technology are the exclusive property of Orbiter Dev Inc.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ORBITER DEV INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without respect to its conflict of laws principles.
